According to Koenig’s parents, they notice that he has been depressed before he disappeared. They receive a letter from their son that indicates his depression. It was the time when they call for the police attention and ask for their help to search for their son. On February 25, 2010, he was finally found but he is already dead. His body lies in a wooded area in Stanley Park, which is said to be his favorite spot during the time when he was still living in Vancouver.

In the recent press conference his father, Walter Koenig, confirmed the death of his son and said that he committed suicide. While making his statement, Walter was crying and feeling sorry to what happened to his son. He even uttered that Andrew was a good guy especially a good son which is why his family can’t believe that he committed suicide.

Bruco Strong Eagle Eastwood, the main suspect for the shootout that happened last Tuesday, February 23, 2010, near the Deer Creek Middle School has already been apprehended by the local police in Littleton Colorado. The shootout resulted for two wounded middle school students wherein both were immediately brought to the nearest hospital. Matt Thieu and Reagan Webber were the students who were wounded during the incident.

According to the reports, Matt was seriously wounded which is why he was immediately given surgery since he is on a critical condition. On the other hand, Reagan only suffered minor injury because after her surgery she was already released. According to the witness, the gunman went over a group of students and asked them if they went to Deer Creek when the two students answered he shot them. Fortunately, the two did not suffered life-threatening injuries and they still had the time to run for their lives and hide from the gunman. Thieu’s wound was on his calf and Webber was shot in her forearm. David Benke, who was around the area of the incident grab the rifle from Bruco and stopped him from shooting.

Bruco’s father is in grief, feeling sorry for what his son has done. Base from his statement, his son already have problems. He always caught his son talking to himself and was acting so strange for a couple of months. Bruco also yells on their refrigerator complaining that the foods are too loud and that they are very noisy. Some also witness him going out of their house just to buy cigarettes on a gasoline station but won’t fully pay for it. Although War Eagle Eastwood knows about his son’s problem, he never thought that he will hurt someone.

As the investigation goes, the police found out that Bruco was a former student of Deer Creek. Bruco will be charged with attempted murder if proven guilty.

If the campaign will be successful, Ackbar will be replacing the Ole Miss former mascot known as Colonel Reb. The former mascot looks like a wealthy antebellum plantation owner, which hasn’t shown since 2003. With the span of time that Colonel Reb hasn’t been around on every game of their team for several years now, the students believe that it is time to replace him with a new one and Ackbar will be the perfect replacement.

While the students love Ackbar to be part of their University, they might face some complications against the creator of the character. The University has to deal with George Lucas, who is known to be very protective on his every creation. They will have to pay him certain amount by using his character for their team.

Mcivor has brought hope to the other players of the team Canada to win their remaining games. With her win, Canada will now have an additional gold on their list. United States is still on top of the list gathering a total of 26 medals and they are being followed by Germany with 23 medals.

Kornheiser’s comment on the dress on one of ESPN’s anchor in “SportCenter,” Hannah Storm, has resulted for his two weeks suspension from the show “Pardon the Interruption.” His famous comments about Hannah were aired last week on his own radio show. According to Kornhesier, “Hannah Storm in a horrifying, horrifying outfit today” and “She looks like she has sausage casing wrapping around her upper body … I know she’s very good, and I’m not supposed to be critical of ESPN people, so I won’t … but Hannah Storm … come on now! Stop! What are you doing? … She’s what I would call a Holden Caulfield fantasy at this point.” If Kornheiser find this amusing but for Storm it is very offensive.

This comment’s is the reason why he will be facing two week’s vacation from his TV show. According to the executive vice president of ESPN, Kornheiser’s comment’s was inappropriate and that it is hurtful not only to Storm but for her family as well.

After receiving his suspension Kornheiser immediately apologies on what he has said. He has accepted the consequence on what he has done and he is looking forward to be back to the TV show after his suspension.
