Sinbad Where you been all these Year’s?

David Adkins popularly known as Sinbad, has been one of the most popular comedian around the globe because of his unique talent in making his viewers laugh. He started his career in 1978 and became part of several TV shows as well as movies. He was fortunate to win in the popular show the “Star Search” wherein he defeated Dennis Miller. After winning the show he appeared as one of the casts in The Redd Foxx Show. He was also given a chance to be part of several TV shows such as “A Different World” and “The Cosby Show.”

Movie producers have recognized his talent in acting that’s why he was also given a chance to be part of some movies. He played as Andre Krimm in the box office movie Necessary Roughness, which has gathered more than 20 million dollars. This movie was his way to start his career as a movie actor. Some of the films where he was included was “Jingle All the Way,” “First Kid,” and the “House Guest.” However, among the movies and TV shows where he is involved he was best known from his very own TV show “The Sinbad Show” that runs during the 1993 and ended in 1994. Though the TV show just lasted for almost a year it became his key to his success in the industry.

It has been more than 13 years since we heard about him that’s why many are wondering what made him keeping busy all this years. According to Sinbad, although he has not been seen in movies and TV shows often he has been part of several stand-up shows. However, this year he is lined up with some shows wherein he is part of the celebrity edition of the “Apprentice” and was a guest in “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” but above all he is more excited with his very own show “Sinbad: Where U Been?” which is going to be aired this Sunday, February 21, 2010.
