After 30 years of being married to the popular televangelist Benny Hinn, Suzanne Harthern filed a divorce paper last February 1, 2010 at the Orange County Superior Court. According to Suzanne, they have been living separately since January 26 wherein Benny is already living in Dana Point located at the southern part of the Orange County. The reason that was stated on Suzanne’s divorced papers was because of “irreconcilable difference.”

There’s no available detailed information on what really happened why they have to be divorced but many were surprise on this information especially their family and friends. The couple who was married in 1979 has one son and three daughters.

Benny Hinn is known as the most successful and wealthy faith healer in the world. He has been a televangelist for more than 30 years now and continues to spread the goodness of God through his program “This Is Your Day,” which is being aired on Trinity Broadcast Network. He travels around the world just to perform events called “Miracle Crusade.” His mission is to teach the people on God’s gospel and discusses His importance in our life. His teaching indicates that whoever follows God will have a healthy life and will be rewarded with God’s grace.

Being a good follower of the teachings of God, many find it hard to believe that he was not able to take care of his marriage and family. There’s no official statement yet from Benny on this issue but many are already having doubts on his capability.

Benny already encountered a lot of issues especially when he was named as a fake healer. He was also investigated by the United States Senate Committee on Finance because of his financial information. However, he was able to surpass it but this issue where he and his family are currently involved could really affect his vocation.
