Bo Griffin: The Reason behind her Death
After being diagnose with cancer, the popular TV and radio personality Bo Griffin age 51 died today, February 16, 2010. Her unexpected death leaves her love ones with too much grief especially her fiancé wherein they are already planning to settle down this coming September.
Aside from being a TV and radio personality, Bo is also a boutique owner and a well-known fashion designer. Her very first fashion apparel was introduced during summer of 2008. She has always been part of the Lifestyle section of their local newspaper The Greenville News because of her unique designs. According to Bo, her passion for fashion designing started ever since she knew how to scribble drawings.
When she moved in Miami she worked as a radio personality in two radio stations, these were Power 96 and Hot 105. Before becoming a best-known morning host, she worked first as a nighttime radio commentator. Her career in radio lasted for a couple of years until she decided to move to Los Angeles.
Her career as a TV host started when she was asked to be part of the Fox morning show entitled “That’s Life” wherein she was first recognized. Later on she became part of several shows, including “Extra” where she worked as an entertainment reporter. After being a co-host, she was given the opportunity to become the host of the “Blue Ribbon” that was aired by Turner South Network. She also became host of the makeover TV show in HGTV, “The Big Reveal.”
Bo Griffin managed to balance her TV career and fashion designing by always travelling from the location of her boutique to her TV show and because of this she does not have too much time for herself. She has live a busy life without knowing that she already has a cancer. It was just recently when she knew about her illness and was hospitalized for about three weeks.
